I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Brainspotting, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These modailties are very effective in helping the body and mind heal from past traumas. Ensuring my clients have a safe space free from shame and judgment is an utmost priority for me.
