I see clients who present with many different issues like stress, depression, relationship problems, and divorce. My specialty is in working with anyone dealing with anxiety including: panic, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, and PTSD. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specifically Exposure and Response prevention therapy to effectively help people with anxiety.
Most treatment sessions occur in the office but I often take treatment outside of the office to assist anyone dealing with anxiety when it will help their specific treatment needs.
