I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. I love to help people learn to navigate difficult relationships and build self esteem. I work with a variety of clients, including adolescents, adults, older adults, and couples. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in making positive changes in their lives.
I help clients to understand their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to help them gain better insight into the issues present in their lives. I find this helps to empower a client to grow and take control. I help clients deal with difficulty in relationships and help them to learn skills for setting appropriate boundaries to foster essential self care. I also have a special interest in working with couples to help them through challenges with the hope to improve the quality of the relationship.
