I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. My therapeutic style varies according to the unique needs of the person-many people thrive in a gentle, supportive relationship, while others prefer a more directive approach. My goal is to help you problem-solve and move toward self-improvement in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
