I am a trauma informed therapist that can help you with your journey of personal growth. I primary work with adults and couples with trauma histories, and complex relational dynamics. I often hear from clients I work with that they are anxious, feeling stuck, not happy in their day to day and that they are wanting to feel differently. My role as a therapist is to help my clients recover their true sense of self by learning to make healthier choices, and to improve the relationship with themselves and their loved ones.
Identifying where to start or how to change patterns of behavior is challenging and can be overwhelming. I can guide you through that process. My therapeutic style is calming yet challenging, dynamic, and conversational. I lean heavily on intuition cultivation and your strengths.
