I Do Services is a Woman Minority Owned, Small Business providing Trauma-informed care to our community a Behavior Change specialist, Author & Chaplain. I actively work as a School Psychologist in a local school district. I serve Veterans, 1st Responders, Law Enforcers, & their families that experience trauma and suffer from PTSD through Psycho-educational Workshops. During this Health Pandemic, economic despair, racial disparities, & educational variances, we have experienced negative influences which have exacerbated any & all social emotional functioning systems of communication & interpersonal relationships.

Our Workshops include: *** Teen Anger Management & Addiction...12 week program. Instilling hope with natural remedies. Using a Holistic Healthy mindset to heal their body, mind, & spirit with no medication . Behavioral Health- psycho-educational workshops and integrative supportive services, Christian counseling & PTSD workshops.

The Objectives: We encourage our clients to learn to self-assess (recognize triggers). We help all clients to develop coping skills & develop a personalized self-care plan. We teach our clients to learn to move over & past the hurdles of life. We help our clients to reduce & eliminate anxiety depression & fear. We take you on a #wellness journey!

Defining Anger & Addiction Subtypes of Anger: 1. Aggression—actual behavior intended to harm another person. 2. Hostility; an attitude toward a specific person or the world. 3. Resentment—a process in which anger is stored. 4. Hatred; the end product of resentment. 12 week workshop to meet weekly. Change; learn your triggers; anger management relapse prevention. Intervention strategies: Stage I—self –assess Stage II—intentional change—strategies Stage III—repetition/ongoing application & evaluation; rethinking & modification of emotions, cognitions, behaviors & intervention patterns.
