With experience since 2005, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Whether you are experiencing a recent crisis, have long term challenges or are making life changes, counseling may be helpful. I have experience in various areas to include the treatment of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship/marital challenges, emotion dysregulation, crisis assessment and intervention. My goal is to use Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral therapies to guide individuals to create their own toolbox of coping skills.
