Life is hard! Coping with unexpected challenges, parenting, dealing with memories we wish we didn’t have, learning about a new diagnosis or condition, starting a new career or job, all of these things push us out of our comfort zones and we struggle to deal with them. It is totally normal to feel like your world is a bit out of control at times and that you’re not sure what to do or how to do it. People like you reach out to me because they’re tired of their current state of mind, tired of feeling trapped in negative thought loops, and they’ve decided that now is the time for help.
I have always been a helper, caring about how people around me are feeling, and I decided years ago to make this my life’s work. I have over 10 years of experience in providing therapy to clients who are at this turning point. I am a very non-judgmental and mindful therapist, and I will take an individualized approach that addresses your unique needs.
Our lives change in significant ways when we start understanding what our needs are and what we can do to meet them more effectively. I’ve spent thousands of hours helping people to move forward from the most difficult parts of their lives, and I would love to help you to make those same changes for yourself. I look forward to meeting with you.
