I offer respectful, sincere, compassionate therapy in a safe environment. Therapy gives you time and space for one on one support in a private setting which can be so helpful when things get overwhelming. I will actively listen and collaborate with you on increasing insight while fostering empowerment and identifying tools for change.
I provide psychotherapy that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems/family-of-origin work, mindfulness and trauma approaches. I am particularly helpful with anxiety disorders including perfectionism, OCD, and panic; I work with adults who are experiencing depression, chronic pain, trauma, intimacy, challenging life transitions, etc.,
I customize therapeutic interventions for each client; we will discuss the goals of treatment together. I may include articles and other materials for you. I bill most insurance companies & will work with you if you are uninsured by using a sliding scale. I can inform you of your rate beforehand. Please contact me via e-mail or by phone.
