I use a mindfulness based approach in my work with couples and individuals from all walks of life. The majority of my clientele are working on learning how to be more present in the here and now, seeking to improve their relationships, and find life satisfaction. I've help clients make career changes, work through high conflict, rebuilding trust, emotional connection, and intimacy. Clients who work best with me are open to change, willing to let go, and reconnect with their own internal relationships. I also work with ENM and LGBTQIA individuals and couples.
All the work I do I approach through the lens of mindful relationships. Whether it be relationship with a partner or spouse, a friend, or a colleague - the relationships we are in every day have a tremendous impact on us. Not only with other people, but also the relationships we have with ourselves, a job, money, or our bodies impact us every day.
