I am the owner of a private practice, Meaningful Transitions Counseling, located in Fishers, Indiana. I am a license therapist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults. Office hours include evenings and some weekends. I graduated from Indiana University with a Master's in Social Work in 2008. I received my License in Clinical Social Work in 2010.

I have over 20 years of clinical experience and specialize in treating women's issues, such as: post-partum depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship and career issues. My experience as a childbirth educator has enhanced my ability to treat the needs of post-partum women as they transition into motherhood. This journey is one that is often met with unexpected emotions and I help women identify these feelings so they can resolves issues that may complicate parenthood. I recognize the impact of pregnancy loss as well, and help my clients process through this very unique kind of grief.

I received an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis in 2003. Since then I have worked in various capacities in the mental health field in several states. It’s so rewarding to help people navigate their struggles and learn new skills to help them move through life more easily. My favorite moment in therapy is when something finally clicks for the client and all of the sudden a shift occurs. After being stuck and in so much pain there’s finally a new path that brings hope.

My 35 years of pastoral counseling allows for professional and spiritual help and healing to those who hurt personally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and has experience providing individual therapy and group therapy. I have provided services to a wide range of communities including outpatient, college, and clinical settings. I am skilled in working with individuals of all ages, with diverse backgrounds, and mental health abilities. I also conduct Dialectical Behavioral Therapy groups throughout the year.
