Congratulations on taking a step toward a more fulfilling life. I am a certified clinical social worker, and life/empowerment coach. I love to form a partnership with female clients in a thought provoking, non-judgmental way that inspires them to recognize, heal from, and breakthrough what is holding them back from a happier, less stressful life. I use a variety of approaches according to the woman’s individual needs and goals.
I work with women that experience issues including: depression, anxiety, self-image, past trauma, and grief work. Clients have reported having healthier relationships, less anxious, more confident, and having increased understanding and respect for themselves. My clients working with grief due to a loss have the opportunity to heal at their own pace.
Much of my training and experience involves women who have left unhealthy relationships and want to rediscover who they are and how to create future happiness. These wonderful clients teach me so much about life and I am so grateful for the opportunity to witness them grow into healthier, more confident individuals.
