I help my clients by first creating a safe and trusting environment because therapy can be scary sometimes! My name is Kailey Vilyus, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Ohio under the supervision of Chris Roseman PhD, LPCC-S. I have experience working with teens and adults in community and school settings. My primary areas of treatment include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life stressors, and trauma. My passion involves educating clients and families on mental health, incorporating self-awareness of physical symptoms that occur with trauma or mood disorders, using interventions that involve creativity or relaxation, and having a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to healing.

I take a person centered, eclectic approach with clients and work with each individual to find what approach is best suited for them. I have experience using elements of CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, DBT, and ERP. I have been a practicing therapist for almost 30 years. Many have asked me how I do my job - "listening to people's problems all day". Dr. Kline received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Akron, a Masters of Arts in Community Counseling from the University of Akron, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Wooster.
