William R. Andrews is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor with over 40 years of experience in the mental health field. He earned a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University and a BA in Psychology from IUPUI. He has experience as a therapist working with adults and teenagers in various settings including inpatient and outpatient mental health, residential facilities, and community-based addiction programs. He primarily uses a person-centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Using a person-centered approach, my practice emphasizes providing evidence based therapeutic interventions guiding teens and adults through the fog that has been weighing them down, in a compassionate and non-judgmental, safe space. With several years of clinical experience working in an Indianapolis based psychiatric emergency department completing risk assessments for people who struggle with suicidal ideation and suicide attempts, self- harming behaviors, addiction, victims of interpersonal abuse, and a variety of other urgent mental health needs.

Dr. Ciemone Rose is a licensed psychologist and Health Service Provider (HSPP) in the state of Indiana. She earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, Master of Arts (M. A. ) in Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Counseling Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. She began her clinical work in 2010 and is experienced in providing individual, couples, family, and group counseling interventions. Dr. Rose works with individuals ages 12 and over, from a variety of backgrounds and varied presenting concerns.

Dr. Elizabeth Andresen is a Psychologist in Indiana who has been practicing since 2014. Dr. Andresen sees patients across the lifespan when there are concerns about thinking skills (i. e. , memory, attention, problem solving, language). The measures she completes with patients help her understand what's going on with the patient's brain, to see what parts are working the way we would expect for age, and what parts are having more trouble. This helps everyone understand what support the patient needs, and how the patient can use their excellent skills to support the things that are harder for them.

For the last five years Brian has been providing therapeutic treatment to teen girls and their families, in a long term residential setting, helping guide restoration in relationships, family structure and overall mental health functioning. Brian is a generalist but does specialize in working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, attachment issues, trauma related concerns, personality disorders, and other lifestyle issues such as LGBTQ+, gender, marriage and ENM lifestyles. Brian is accepting of and works closely with alternative lifestyle choices such as kink, poly and multi-partner dynamics.

Anna Powers, LCSW Anna Powers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana who has been practicing since 2015. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with a Minor in Psychology from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and completed her Master of Social Work at The University of Southern Indiana. Anna's treatment philosophy centers around the belief that therapy is a collaborative endeavor for individuals, couples, and families to heal and grow. Clients are the experts on their own lives and as the therapist, Anna serves as an informed, open-minded, and non-biased guide.

Jayson Harvey graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Minor in Psychology. Jayson continued his education at Capella University and completed a Master's in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He currently holds a Licensee in Mental Health Counseling and Addiction Counseling. Jayson has worked for 7 years in the Indiana Department of Correction with both mental health and addictions populations.

My ideal client is open minded and willing to do what is normally outside of their comfort zone. My ideal client is an individual who is dedicated to improving and committed to living a better life. Someone who is able to accept change and accept aspects that are out of their control. I have much experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, identity, addiction and many mental health issues. I thoroughly enjoy helping people overcome problematic areas and enabling individuals to live a full and meaningful life. I feel strongly about the empowerment of the client and healing the mind, body and spirit.
