My goal is to provide a safe and secure therapeutic environment for all my clients. I have an extensive background of working with emotional, behavioral and substance abuse issues. I have worked in the Seminole County for the last 20 years and have developed many positive relationships with other mental health professionals such as social workers, psychiatrists , agencies and the legal and judicial systems. I work with children, adolescents and adults, who may suffer from mood disorders, adjustment disorders, behavioral disorders and substance abuse disorders. It is my intent to help a client make choices and decisions that promote positive changes.

Dr. Lauren Butler has over nine years experience providing therapy and psychological assessment to adolescents and young adults. She graduated with her Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis where she specialized in trauma, depression, and anxiety. She has worked in residential treatment centers, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and private practice. She is certified in providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is passionate about providing quality care to children through young adults, including individual, family, and couples therapy.

Dania Penedo, LMHC is bilingual (English & Spanish) with 25+ years experience; specialties include mood & anxiety disorders, personality disorders, women's issues & relationship counseling.

I have 23+ years experience supporting a safe place to heal for individuals, couples, families and adolescents from a variety of experiences, faiths, and situations. I have an eclectic approach due to my many years of practice counseling, running groups and teaching. My goal is to treat each person as a unique individual and to encourage their reflection to create the life that you wish. I have many areas of expertise including all types of trauma, depression, anxiety, stress management, anger issues, communication skills, as well as career and self esteem.
