For over 30 years I have been a licensed MFT, offering compassionate, competent and convenient therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families and adolescents. You'll find me supportive and understanding, offering questions and reflections to guide you in handling your challenges and making changes you desire. I offer a safe place to explore your concerns about relationships (traditional and non-traditional), transitions, job concerns, separations, stepfamilies, addictions, depression, parenting, and stress. Our work together can help you improve your communication skills, better the quality of your relationships, increase self-esteem, and learn how to set and follow through with goals.

My style is interactive. Having been extensively trained in Solution-Focused Therapy, much of the work I do is shorter-term than "traditional" therapy. Also different from traditional therapy is that counseling sessions aren't necessarily once a week, we can make appointments based on your goals and your schedule. Sessions can be in-person or teletherapy.

Being in private practice since 1984 with many different clients, I am able to treat most issues. You can give me a call (no obligation of course) and we can see if I'm a good fit for what you want. I can also help with appropriate referrals when necessary. I look forward to connecting with you!
