As a practitioner and director of services at Behavioral Health Services of the Hudson Valley, it is my goal to provide excellent care to those in need of psychotherapy. It is my mission to help individuals and their loved ones to live free of illness and to realize a life of value, purpose and meaning.
While we have several practitioners with a variety of specialties, my personal areas of expertise include the following: post traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse and dependency, personality disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, mood disorders. Clinical approaches include insight-oriented, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic and EMDR with extensive experience in individual, group, couples and family psychotherapy.
We have a diverse team of practitioners and work closely and collaboratively with psychiatrists, primary care physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure excellent care and positive outcomes.
