Announcement icon I provide telehealth services due to COVID-19. We're in this together. Let's keep us safe and our loved ones safe for our future. Thanks!
I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic, and psychological trauma. I also treat not only survivors of domestic violence, but also people who've perpetrated violence. I'm skilled in helping children, teens, and families to correct emotional and behavioral problems without guilt or shame.
You strive for more happiness, contentment, confidence, and less suffering. I provide warmth, compassion, and respect for your journey toward better mental health. I use my skills to help you thrive and reach your goals as we work together toward those goals.
I know it is difficult to take the first step and ask for help. When I hear from you the first time, I hear the bravery in your voice. Mental health stigma fades as you become stronger. It is my honor to provide help and assistance toward your improved mental health.

Behavioral Health Services, LLC's Groups

Trauma survivors

I specialize in the treatment of East African refugees. The group focuses on the development of skills to lessen the effects of trauma symptoms. Some of the skills learned include relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, breath control, emotional self-regulation, and guided imagery, to name a few. Each group member is taught to practice to develop mastery of skills to the degree possible. I support and encourage group members to learn other skills outside of group, such as, yoga, tai chi, other movement therapies, and body work to augment what they learn in group to further mitigate the effects of trauma.
