My expertise includes providing individual, family, and couples therapy to address a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, LGBT struggles, parenting concerns, abuse and other trauma history, grief and loss, substance abuse, and other mental health concerns.
I provide play therapy for children ages 3 years and up. I'm trained in Theraplay-based methods to promote healthy attachment in children and adults. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help individuals that struggle with adjustment concerns and trauma.
My philosophy is grounded in interpersonal and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, as well as mindfulness. I consider myself to be an open-minded individual who provides empathy and guidance to my clients working through difficult moments in their lives.
