Then, we can schedule a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Goals: to provide highly efficient, safe, quality care; to improve mental health, mood, motivation, depression, and anxiety; to enhance your sleep quality; to improve depression; to improve attention span; to improve a healthy appetite; to develop healthy relationships.
The psychiatric evaluation is about 45 minutes long. It includes a Health History, including Mental health illnesses and medications, past medical history, a review of the systems, past therapies, family history, and safety questions. The assessment can provide a diagnosis, and a care plan with mutually agreed-upon interventions can be developed.
