Behavior and Counseling Center offers individualized care with a focus on a quality client experience. As a small private practice we provide attention to details and personalized communication that are not found in a larger setting. Our experience enables us to offer effective psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders using evidence-based practices, and provide a neutral ground to individuals and families. We have immediate availability for in-office and telehealth psychotherapy services.
We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused treatment and for appropriate populations, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). These evidence-based practices are empirically supported to provide lasting change and progress for clients struggling with various significant psychological concerns.
It is often difficult to find the right therapist and the process can be strenuous. We aim to help every individual who reaches out to our practice. We are in-network with most major insurances, and we offer sliding-scale options. We strive to provide individualized care that focuses on quality of care that is hard to find at larger organizations/agencies.
