This is an in person support group for teens! There are two main goals for our group, to create space for members to process topics that are important to them, and to learn healthy coping skills. Group facilitator Laura Yu, LMFT has years of experience facilitating groups for teens. Coping skills discussed in group are evidence based and grounded in DBT and CBT.
