My ideal client is someone who is ready to understand their emotions and open to working through what feels confusing or overwhelming. I work well with children and teens who are creative, expressive, and responsive to a calm and structured therapeutic space. Their concerns may include anxiety, depression, self esteem challenges, grief, trauma, or difficulty with transitions. They seek support, clarity, and effective coping skills to feel more regulated and confident in their daily life.
I support clients through talk therapy and art therapy, offering gentle structure and space for emotional expression. I am an outgoing and grounded clinician who creates a safe and supportive environment where trust can form naturally. My work helps clients build coping skills, explore feelings, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful growth.
