I work with adolescents to older adults offering a supportive, caring, comfortable, and safe environment where a therapeutic relationship is the first step in your journey to your ultimate goal.
I have over 20 years experience working in the mental health field, both inpatient and outpatient as well as campus counseling and disability services. I see myself as a guide, where I will be there to support you, point out things along the way to you, help to navigate tough terrain, interpret some of the new things you encounter and help you understand.
