Many problem drinkers don't seek help because they don't feel they fit the stereotype of an alcoholic. There is a whole spectrum, and as many reasons for over drinking as there are problem drinkers. I use harm reduction techniques to help reduce drinking to healthier levels, and coaching to uncover new interests.
I am trained in Mindfulness Meditation Instruction and in MBSR. I teach meditation in a practical, accessible way. When we spend time with our minds, we get clarity around who we are, how we behave, how we perceive the people and situations around us, and what is holding us back.
