Are you having problems communicating with your child? Is your child struggling at school or socially? When working with children and teens, it usually involves self-esteem and efficacy problems, often rooted in family dynamics or an inability to get needs met. This is confounded by learning difficulties. I work with those families and individuals having problems with getting their needs met through healthy channels. Often screening or testing identifies areas of treament focus,or the need for speech, occupational or learning specialists.

Collaborative Healing Partners believes that our client’s behaviors or presenting concerns will make sense once we understand the context of their behavior or situation. We partner with our clients to better understand their individual situations from their perspective and work to create a roadmap together to help them achieve their short term or long-term goals and begin living a more enriched/purposeful driven life. We specialize in the brief therapy model which seeks to provide our clients with permanent lasting changes in 10 sessions or less per presenting problem thus minimizing endless therapy.

For the past 30+ years,I have been helping children, ages 5 and up, families, teenagers, couples, and adults. My approach to improving the lives of others, is based upon a variety of techniques. I challenge myself to think out of the box, with each individual, and have had great success being part of the personal growth of many. The primary focus is on teaching accountability and helping to empower individuals, families and couples to make "wiser choices." I am engaging, personable, and a National Merit Scholar. I help clients get the results they want by drawing out their strengths and enhancing their interpersonal skills. I have been executive and clinical director of hospital and outpatient community mental health programs, as well as a management consultant. In the process, I have supervised numerous psychologists and social workers over the years. I have advanced training in hypnotic techniques which may be useful for panic and anxiety disorders, weight loss, and stress management. I strive to be a useful and pragmatic "success coach" for both my corporate and private clients

I have learned that we all have an enormous capacity to change - when we can access our own inner power.
