I enjoy working with individuals who seek to understand and develop their potential. With warmth and directness, I will work with you to explore how you can thrive. My approach integrates insight oriented psychodynamic theory with cognitive and behavioral techniques attuned and calibrated to you.
I work with a wide range of adults and issues. I have experience and interest in treating: anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma in its many forms, the impact of oppression, as well as supporting the navigation of life adjustment issues (career, family, relationships, transitions, grief, chronic illness).
As a former corporate executive trained in clinical social work, I believe I offer a fresh approach to therapy that is rooted in the reality of everyday life yet is emotionally / psychologically /spiritually informed, attuned and supportive.
