She takes pride in being flexible and creative with her approach to meet the needs of various ages and personalities, and incorporates everything from expressive arts, to video games, to mindfulness scripts. For teen and adult clients she strives to help individuals identify the unhelpful beliefs they hold about themselves and learn to love themselves through self-compassion, healthy boundaries, and experiencing empathy in her office. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide support to children and families with a variety of presenting concerns. I serve children ages 3-18 and young adults. I provide parent coaching as a Certified Positive Discipline Early Childhood Educator. When clients come to me, they are typically looking to help a child or themselves modify a behavior. I often educate clients that behavior is a form of communication. When we can learn what a maladaptive behavior is trying to communicate, we can work together to find a way to alter it.

My passion is working with kiddos who have big hearts + big feelings. With children ages 3-12, I utilize the therapeutic power of play and creative arts to nurture and enhance wellness. Through developmentally appropriate medium, clients are able to naturally explore, learn, and grow. Parents/caregivers are viewed as an integral part of the therapeutic process and I value openness from those on the "support team."

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults helping them get through difficult transitions in their lives. I do a lot of work challenging people to explore their aggression, self-harming behaviors, drugs and alcohol use, suicidal ideations, depression and anxiety. I also enjoy working with adults dealing with life transitions and helping them improve their moods and perspectives on life.

My ideal client lives in Georgia or South Carolina and needs a mental health evaluation, psychological evaluation, immigration evaluation, brief therapy, or brief life coaching. My client may need an assessment for court due to legal charges, for divorce litigation, or for administrative immigration proceedings. I provide evaluations and life coaching via private pay. For my therapy clients, I accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Oxford insurances. All services are provided via telehealth.
