Hello! I’m looking forward to working with you to ease the stress of navigating life’s challenges! I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor who has been in the mental health field for 25 years with experience in a variety of settings including community mental health, private practice and corporate mental health. I obtained my B.A. from NKU, and my Master’s Degree from Xavier University. I enjoy working with clients on managing their stress and anxiety, as well as helping them manage the many life adjustments experienced through each stage of life.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness techniques to assist clients in managing and improving their mental wellbeing. I use a holistic and faith based approach as I help clients improve resiliency and fulfillment in their lives.
In addition to individual client therapy, I also assist businesses in improving the wellbeing of their employees through mental health consulting and a variety of tools to create a culture of wellbeing in the workplace.
