Hey There! I'm Bee. I am a quirky, non binary, queer and neurodivergent therapist who has a social justice, existential and feminist lens when it comes to therapy. My focus is on exploring personal identity. What does it mean to be Queer in a heteronormative world? What are your own values versus values imposed by society? I bring authenticity to the therapy room, creating a comfortable space for you to express yourself as you wish (slippers and coziness welcome!). I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, addressing complex trauma and exploring gender/identity.
Let's dive into the power structures that shape our experiences and explore how gender, race, and sexuality intersect within a complex framework. I believe all people deserve to exist and matter no matter how they show up. I offer Brainspotting and parts work to help us internally explore our own healing from a somatic lens.
I approach healing from a bottom-up perspective, and that our bodies hold extensive lived experiences and trauma that often needs to be released. Of course, a touch of humor is always welcome in our work together. Let's create a space where we can unpack all the nuances of life and how systems can impact how we see ourselves in the world.
