I use somatic-based EMDR, Natural Processing, as a technique to help people. In our lives, there are many ways we get hurt or experience things we do not like. Sometimes this feels inconsequential and sometimes we become aware it is problematic. When we begin to experience difficulties like anxiety, depression, physical symptoms and stress reactions, or emotional intolerance we may decide we want to change. I aim to support people in helping resolve these issues so they can live fully in the present, intentionally.
My post graduate training has focused on family therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness training.
My goal is to help you become aware of how you live and act. I aim to help you learn to respond the way you want to life not react.
