My name is Jeffrey Zeth. As a gestalt therapist, I use a combination of experiential and cognitive techniques, first to get inside your experience, and then to look at ways of changing it. Clients who have gone through this process report a greater sense of purpose, a reduction in anxiety, and improved connection in their relationships.
