We have all gone through difficult times, experiencing anxiety, fear, depression, and hopelessness. If we have healed, we look back and see those times as hard, but some of the most powerful in our lives.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, marriage & family; & am certified in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). I have a PhD in Counselor Ed. and Supervision, and my dissertation was on The Relationship of Emotional Intelligence with Job Satisfaction and Organizational Leadership.
