Do you feel stuck in anxiety, burnout, grief, or the lingering effects of trauma? Stress lives not only in our thoughts but in our bodies. I offer somatic and trauma-informed therapy to help individuals slow down, reconnect with themselves, and restore a sense of safety and steadiness. I support people navigating anxiety, identity questions, adoption and family dynamics, and life transitions. Healing happens in spaces where you feel seen, safe, and respected. You don’t have to carry it alone. Many people contact me when they’re not even sure what they need yet—that’s okay. We can figure that out together.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you're not alone. I help people slow things down and make sense of what feels tangled inside. I work with adults online and in person, and meet with teens, couples, and families in person.

I am currently training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). Like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing supports trauma healing—but through the body as well as the mind. This approach helps the nervous system release stress that has been held for too long, allowing people to feel more steady, present, and resilient.
