Neuro-affirming and trauma-informed therapy. Do you struggle with negative self-talk, overwhelm, unpredictable emotions, relationship frustrations, depression, anxiety, dissociation, and burnout? So many of us have learned to disconnect from our emotions and the hurting and lonely parts of ourselves just to get on with our lives. I work with individuals who want to unlearn limiting beliefs, process past experiences, reconnect with themselves, and develop self-compassion. Together, we will gently and slowly befriend parts of your experience as they are ready to be known.
My therapeutic approach is deeply inspired by psychoanalytic concepts, attachment and emotion-focused theories, and inner-parts work. I provide Brainspotting, EMDR, comprehensive autism screenings, and a profound understanding and clinical interest in dissociative systems, complex PTSD, and nervous system adaptations to traumatic experiences.
People begin to heal when they feel safe and heard, and I prioritize the therapeutic relationship to foster that felt sense of safety in the therapy room. I work with clients across the spectrum of mental health challenges and strive to follow my client's lead, honoring their pace, readiness, and vulnerability throughout the process.
