I provide a safe and compassionate environment for teens, adults, couples and families to share what feels important to you. Your story, the meaning of your story and how it affects you, are genuinely important to me. My desire is to help you experience connection, healing, and hope on your journey. Your collaboration and autonomy are important as I support you in processing your experiences, utilizing your strengths, and achieving your desired changes. I utilize several creative modalities to support your processing in addition to Psychotherapy.
Supporting clients & couples with anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal & postpartum depression & anxiety, pregnancy challenges, & ED's are my areas of focus. I work with clients who have experienced PPD, infertility, body dysmorphia & bulimia. I am passionate about supporting couples & families to reduce conflict & reconnect to strengthen relationships.
If you experience sadness, fears, relational distress, irritability, or struggle with your self-confidence & knowing your worth, please reach out. I provide empathy & safety in a non-judgmental place for you to share your stories, your pain, and what feels important to you.
