Here’s the truth about life: it is uncomfortable. It is uncomfortable, tough, chaotic &, sometimes, we lose ourselves in it. In my sessions, you’ll find a compassionate, safe, space where you will be challenged to discover, learn & grow. I often work with couples & adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, conflict & sexuality.
I utilize a solutions-focused, strengths-based approach stemming from CBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, Attachment Theory & EFT techniques. I am known for my warm, collaborative, goal-oriented and honest approach with individuals and couples. I have extensive training in sexual reactivity, sex therapy, anxiety, life transitions, relational conflict and PTSD.
