I have worked with a wide range of clients who have experienced trauma in their lives either through abuse, sexual assaults, or death of close friends and family. One of my specialties is assisting individuals find peace with their experiences and overcoming anxiety and stress brought on life events. I also often work with clients who are in the process of deconstructing their faith and can offer a nonjudgment place to discuss concerns in this area of life. I am also trained in EMDR therapy.
Often individuals struggle to see how their life could be different. My joy as a therapist is to watch clients heal and gain the tools they need to continue walking through this life. Pain and struggle will be present at times throughout life, but it doesn't have to rule over us.
