Whether you’re experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, behavioral or impulse control issues, life transitions, or communication breakdowns, I am here to help. I have 18 years of experience working with children and families in a behavioral health setting and I truly enjoy helping people make positive changes in their lives.
I view therapy as a process in which we work together in a safe and supportive environment. Using a variety of treatment techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and other evidence-based practices, I offer a collaborative therapeutic approach. My job is to help you feel safe, heard, and validated.
