I am a certified clinical trauma professional who has spent the majority of my work assisting survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse/assault. Within this work is helping clients with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms, family/relationship stresses, parent-child problems, post-divorce recovery and grief counseling.
There is no one path to healing, so my practice incorporates a variety of modalities. Solution-focused, trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral and EMDR therapies form the core of my work. Self-compassion embedded in a holistic approach serves as the foundation for healing. Mindfulness and somatic interventions will be used as needed.
