I provide telehealth services for diagnostic assessments, chemical use assessments, and on-going therapy for children 6 and up and adults. I have experience working in private foster care, adolescent and adult mental health and chemical dependency treatment, at in-patient secure settings, out-patient settings, and in an adult psychiatric hospital setting. I have worked with justice involved individuals, those with court-ordered commitments for both mental illness and chemical dependency, and at a juvenile DOC facility. My work has also included providing in-home services with families and kids of all ages.
Areas of experience include substance abuse/relapse prevention, parenting struggles, ADHD, anxiety, depression, attachment, co-parenting, trauma/abuse, behavioral concerns, resiliency, coping skills, self-esteem, mindfulness, and stress management. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT).
