I use strength-based and trauma-informed approaches in my work. I integrate Jungian and depth psychology to support the movement toward whoIeness. I foster a compassionate and respectful space to help my clients understand what they are experiencing, develop insight into their life challenges, access their own strengths and resources, and make changes to lead more fulfilling lives.
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist, IFS Therapist, and EMDR Approved Consultant. I offer consultation for EMDR therapists. I have specialized training in IFS-informed EMDR, depth psychology, somatic attachment, PTSD, PMADs, grief/loss, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, body-centered modalities, and expressive art techniques. I offer EMDR-IFS intensives.
