About
My practice focuses on pre-teens, teens, young adults, and parents. I work with clients on understanding the patterns in their lives that have led them to their current experiences and/or challenges. Through our work, we will gain insight, create different life pathways, and initiate long lasting change. Tools and skills are integrated into the work as well. I believe that one of the most important aspects of therapy is to build resilience - resilience cannot always "solve" a problem, but allows you to cope, move through, and not experience the same distress if faced with challenges in the future.
I work with youth and adults facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relational issues, transition issues, and identity issues (e.g., parents of transgender children).
I am currently taking on new clients via telehealth. Clients are required to be located in either New Jersey or New York State.
