Because of this, I use trauma-informed strengths-based approaches to help every person find their own path to overcoming challenges by working with them to help them identify their strengths. By providing a safe place where people can share important parts of their stories, I can help you move towards healing and empowerment.

By getting to know my clients individual challenges, I am able to pull from a variety of interventions to help them progress towards peace. By exploring a wide range of theories, client’s can determine their most successful path to the life that they want.
