Now accepting new clients (Updated: (12/06/24). I am virtual only and see clients in NC and FL. If you struggle with anxiety, ADHD, family of origin struggles, or trauma, I am here to help. Understanding these things can be very overwhelming and confusing. I will help you understand these difficulties and help you develop a plan to navigate your life with them. I can help with communicating your needs and learning to manage strong emotions. All of this can help you take back parts of your life and learn new things about you.
I offer a person-centered and strength based therapy. I want to give you the tools to navigate the ups and downs of life and the space to process those emotions. I offer a space that is judgement free and secure. I utilize techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance therapy, and mindfulness therapy.
Finding a therapist can be difficult, I am here to help. I am a United States Air Force Veteran and understand the difficulties of adjusting. I am here to help you find your inner strength and move forward with a life you are content with living.
