Welcome/Bienvenidos! I look forward to connecting and walking along side you as you foster a better connection with self and peace/contentment/whatever you are striving for. I work with folks facing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, spiritual questions, or just feeling adrift in life. I'm a social worker by training which means that I firmly believe that you can't appreciate someone's situation without understanding their unique context and layers of identity and that a social justice lens is essential for meaningful healing work.
I pull from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic modalities (Flash technique and Trauma Resiliency Model), mindfulness practices, ecotherapy/nature connection work, and even some bibliotherapy (books are powerful!).
My aim is to create a space of radical, healing openness so please know that conversations about difficult topics (faith, stress about the political landscape, sexuality) are welcome.
