Becky Kosterman
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LICSW
I work with adults who are struggling with pregnancy loss, postpartum, and child rearing issues. I also work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress related to employment and interpersonal relationships. I work with adolescents who are struggling with school related issues, self-esteem, anxiety and depression. My approach with adolescents includes the family for purpose of support, education, and strengthening skill development.
I combine mindfulness and cognitive behavioral strategies to help you stay in the present moment, become less judgmental of yourself and others, and change negative patterns. Acceptance of your emotions and behaviors while moving towards change is a delicate balance.
I am empathic and understand that coming to therapy is not easy. Congratulations on taking the 1st step! My approach to treatment is supportive, collaborative, optimistic, and holistic. I am ready to walk the journey with you.
