I came to the field of therapy later in life after a long career in corporate settings. Which means, I bring deep, real-world experience from the front lines of high-stress careers, parenting, marriage, and life’s unexpected "plot twists".
My goal is to make therapy feel less like a clinical interrogation and more like a warm, supportive conversation with someone who is entirely on your team (and who will never suggest suggest a juice cleanse or judge your late-night doom-scrolling).
My style is solutions-focused by offering practical, actionable strategies built on a foundation of therapies that are trauma-informed and evidence-based. I also have specialized training in SPACE treatment, a parent-focused program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems.
