I’m Becky—a relaxed, down-to-earth therapist who works with adults and teens (16+) to feel better, understand themselves, and handle life’s stress without shutting down. I also share my space with Benny, a small (but mighty) therapy dog-in-training who’s really good at being calm, quiet, and just... there. He’s like a fluffy support system that doesn’t talk too much.
I use a flexible, evidence-based approach tailored to your needs, drawing from Trauma-Focused & Inference-based CBT, DBT (for emotional regulation and communication), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety/OCD, My job is to ask the good questions, hold space for the messy parts, and help you reconnect with your own voice and strength.
