I specialize in supporting individuals through some of life's most tender and transformative moments: major life transitions, end-of-life caregiving, bereavement, perinatal to postpartum well-being, and maternal/parental mental health. These are experiences that can shake us to our core — and they deserve more than a surface-level approach.
Healing here doesn't have to look one way. Each session draws from somatic awareness, mindfulness, creativity, & talk therapy — tailored to what feels right for you. Through this whole-person approach, we'll work together to reconnect with your resilience, release what no longer serves you, and find your way back to yourself — toward peace & fulfillment
My work is grounded in my training as an Art Therapist (ATR) and Psychotherapist (LPC/LCMHC), alongside study in somatic and polyvagal work, mindfulness-based practices, and attachment theory.
