Throughout each session you will be able to use a combination of somatic work, body awareness, creative self expression, art making, mindfulness, meditative practices, and talk therapy to heal, grow, and transform; bringing you closer to your true authentic self, inner peace, and fulfilling day-to-day living.
At times talking is not enough. Through somatic, mindful, and creative practices transformation can be found. Sessions will meet your personal needs and no previous experiences in art-making or mind-body practices are necessary. You will be able to reestablish a healthy connection with your whole self & the world around you through this holistic approach.
My approach stems from my training as an art therapist (ATR) and counselor (LPC), as well as my training in mind-body practices, somatic and polyvagal work, grounding and centering techniques, and working with attachment styles and patterns.
